Do group yoga classes make you apprehensive to try yoga? Do you have an injury or a specific area of your body you would like to work on? I.E. tight shoulders/hips, joint stiffness, healing from an injury, etc. Private sessions are perfect for you then! After your complementary discovery meeting, I will develop a yoga class suited to your needs along with a guided meditation at the end of class. I will also provide poses or exercises that you can do at home to help with your personal goals.
